AWAF (Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women in the automotive and related mobility industries. Through mentorship, professional development, collaborative events, alliances, and scholarships, they strive to advance the careers of every woman in the industry. As of December 2025, they have awarded academic scholarships to 296 women, totaling $767,000.
